From needs assessment through program delivery, our Wellness Strategies team will work with you to design and implement a program that is customized for your organization and structured for sustainability.
Components may include:

To benchmark your wellness efforts and build a targeted, relevant wellness initiative, we recommend an organizational audit as your first step, including:

Initiative Design
Using data from the Workplace Wellness Audit, our Wellness Strategies coaches will work with your leadership team to design your organizational wellness initiative. This process includes defining the key focus areas, designating your wellness team or teams, and creating a budget and overall operating plan.
Creating a Wellness Team, with a Certified Wellness Team Coach
Each Wellness Team will be supported by a certified Wellness Strategies Team Coach who will provide team success strategies, guidance in best practices for effective program planning and implementation, as well as resources for program delivery.
Our coaches will be available for support, resources and recommendations throughout the process.
Health Risk Assessments
We use the Wellsource® Personal Wellness Profile (PWP) to provide a confidential assessment to each employee regarding their health risk. The comprehensive, confidential report each employee receives is a proven tool for motivating individuals to make improvements in their health and lifestyle.
Aggregate data from this program also provides essential information to guide the Wellness Teams in program design choices and for evaluating outcomes of your wellness initiative.
