Rhoda has over twenty years experience in career counseling, achievement coaching and human relations coaching and training. She has a Masters Degree in Counselor Education from the University of Southern Maine and a strong background in human relations, communication skills, personal management skills and conflict management. Rhoda works with executives, managers and business owners to improve interpersonal relations and the productivity of their employees.
