Meet Wellness Strategies

Wellness Strategies can provide solutions to your workplace wellness challenges – from creating your brand-new initiative, to expanding a program already in place. We will help you develop strategies to improve the level of wellness and well-being throughout your enterprise.

We understand what it takes to build a strategy that works for you – one that will take into account the needs of your employees. Our programs aren’t “off the shelf” – they are customized to your specific situation. We work in collaboration with you to bring the best wellness program possible to your company.

Why Wellness Strategies?

We believe we’re the best. And that doesn’t come from an over-inflated ego, but from experience and proven results in working with companies like yours, to provide answers to their needs.

We have the people and the resources to help you discover the best plan for you – whether you’re starting from the beginning or expanding an already successful program, or somewhere in between.

Here’s how we work:

Stage 1: Finding out where you are now

Our process begins with gathering information to measure and record the existing condition of your organization and your employees. You can read more about the details of this stage under Getting Started.

Stage 2: Working with your Wellness Team (or creating one!)

Experience has shown that when Wellness Teams representing a wide swath of employee levels are assigned to design and implement the wellness initiative, the effectiveness and impact of those efforts increase.

Wellness Strategies will provide coaches for your Wellness Team to guide them through start-up, planning and initial implementation phases of the Wellness Initiative.

Stage 3: Implementing the Programming

One of the unique offerings of Wellness Strategies is our team of Associates. Our associates include practitioners who design and deliver quality wellness programming, as well as organizational development consultants, content experts, trainers, coaches, and facilitators to support your staff development efforts.

For information on the kinds of programs we can offer, see our Workshops page.

Stage 4: Evaluating and Improving

The last phase of our process involves setting up a comprehensive, yet simple, on-going evaluation process. The benefits of regularly evaluating program outcomes are to:

  • Assess both costs and benefits of the program in order to help guide budgeting and investment for the following year;
  • Determine if the selected program components worked; i.e., have employee awareness and behavior changed;
  • Provide feedback, motivation, and inspiration to employees to continue on the path of improved wellness and well-being;
  • Share information about the program with management, employees, family members, and media as appropriate.

Wellness Strategies works with our clients, whenever possible, to implement programs that are self-sustaining and destined to have a significant positive impact.
