Wellness Coordinators Forum

What is it all about?

Our innovative Wellness Coordinators Forum is built on the successful concept used by CEO Forums around the country.  CEOs have no peers within their own organizations with whom they can speak frankly about their challenges and concerns. No one else has exactly the same stakes in the game as they do.

The situation is similar for the typical wellness coordinator. Even with a wellness team in place, the coordinator is the one who is held accountable for the overall success of the wellness initiative. Team members see their participation as "extra-curricular," and any successes they accomplish are added value.  For the designated coordinator, it's part of your job description. Success is mandatory because it's a factor in your performance evaluation.

The answer for both CEOs and wellness coordinators is a monthly peer-group meeting that serves as a forum for learning, sharing, and maybe even a little venting now and then.

Guided by an experienced facilitator and coach, Wellness Coordinator Forums are comprised of 8-10 individuals who meet regularly, forming a group of trusted advisors for one another.
