Amy's overall mission is to help people identify and leverage their strengths to actualize their personal and professional goals. As a psychotherapist, she accomplishes this mission by working with adults and adolescents from a solution-focused, positive psychology perspective, building on what’s already working. As a professional development consultant, she gives people an edge career-wise by helping them – via standardized assessment, training and coaching – to be more focused, directed and motivated at work. She has a BA degree in Communications from Loyola University in New Orleans, and Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Counseling Psychology from the Adler School of Professional Psychology in Chicago. She has been licensed as a psychologist by the State of Maine since 1999, and is currently working toward certification with the College of Executive Coaching in California. |
